This Teflon-coated auxiliary grate can be used for 2 types of cooking simultaneously on the CADAC gas grills of the Carri Chef 2, Citi Chef 50 and Braai series. The Grill 2 Braai grate is ideal for preparing a variety of dishes: on the ribbed side, e.g. steaks, minced meat for hamburgers, fish, and on the smooth side, omelettes, pancakes or stir-fry vegetables.
