Regulations of the Kamai.eu online warehouse

General provisions
1.1. These regulations define the rules for using the online wholesaler Kamai.pl Sp z oo, available at: https://kamai.eu.
1.2. The owner and administrator of the warehouse is: Kamai.pl Sp z oo, Wola Batorska 461, 32-007 Zabierzów Bocheński, NIP: 6832056712.
1.3. The user undertakes to read and accept the provisions of these regulations before making a purchase.

definitions
2.1. User - a natural or legal person or an organizational unit making purchases in the warehouse.
2.2. Product - goods presented in the wholesaler's offer, available for purchase.
2.3. Order - User's declaration of intent aimed at concluding a Product purchase and sale agreement.

Terms of use of the warehouse
3.1. To make purchases in the warehouse, registration and acceptance of these regulations are required.
3.2. The user is obliged to provide true data necessary to complete the order.
3.3. The warehouse reserves the right to verify the data provided by the user.

Execution of the contract
4.1. Orders are carried out in Poland and abroad.
4.2. The order processing time is from 24 hours to 30 working days, depending on the availability of products and the selected form of delivery.
4.3. The available payment methods are: bank transfer and cash on delivery.

Complaints Policy
6.1. In the event of defects in the product, the User has the right to file a complaint within 24 months from the date of purchase.
6.2. Complaints should be submitted in writing to the following address: Kamai.pl Sp z oo, Wola Batorska 461, 32-007 Zabierzów Bocheński or by e-mail to [e-mail address].
6.3. Detailed information on the complaint procedure can be found in the "Cooperation" tab.

Use of Personal data
7.1. The administrator of Users' personal data is Kamai.pl Sp z o.o
7.2. The data is processed only for the purpose of order fulfillment and is not made available to third parties, unless it is necessary to perform the contract.
7.3. The user has the right to access their data, correct them and request their removal.

Miscellaneous
8.1. In matters not covered by these regulations, the provisions of the Civil Code shall apply.
8.2. Any disputes arising from the implementation of the sales contract will be settled by the court competent for the registered office of Kamai.pl Sp z oo
