This non-stick pad is for fat-free cooking, so your food doesn't burn out and is healthier. Perfect for frying fish, grilling meat, chicken and vegetables. Reusable, the pad can be easily washed under running water or in the dishwasher. Both sides of the washer are usable. To extend the life of the pad, it is recommended to use wooden utensils.
