CADAC developed the famous Skottel Braai (a shallow bowl with handles covered with hard porcelain enamel) that South African farmers would come up with when preparing meals while working in the field on a plow blade over a fire. You can prepare many types of meals on Skottel, ranging from traditional breakfast dishes such as scrambled eggs and bacon, but also paella, sausages, Asian dishes and many more. Using the pot stand, the Skottel Braai grill will serve as a regular cooker for cooking in a pot with a diameter of up to 30 cm. al fresco dining… from traditional breakfasts, paella, sausages, eggs, french fries and much more. When used with the pot stand, the grill works like a cooker for boiling water and holds dishes up to 6 cm long.
